Who Are They?
My wife translated ttvon's last post. This is a picture of President Roosevelt and Lt Gen Mark Clark in North Africa. He is trying to find out who is the general on the left.
Clark is directly behind Roosevelt and is recognizable by his nose. This would have had to been taken during the Casablanca Conference in Jan 1943. I believe Roosevelt reviewed some troops while there as mentioned in Eisenhower's "Crusade in Europe". That might give some more clues as to the unit and therefore the unknown general.

Who Are They?
After some more research, my best guess is that it is Major General Jonathan W. Anderson, Commanding General of the 3rd Infantry Division, as his division was being reviewed by Roosevelt on January 21, 1943 north of Sale, French Morocco. Other two star generals present were Patton, Ernest Harmon, and Manton Eddy, and the photo does not look like any of them. Therefore, by elimination, Anderson. I don't have access to a photo of anderson so cannot be sure.

These are Korean War pictures.
I am unsure who the one with the glasses on the first picture is, however the US four star general who is on all the pictures is Matthew B. Ridgeway.
On the last picture we have from left to right:
Rear Admiral Arleigh A. Burke, US Navy
Major General Laurence C. Cragie, US Air Force
Major General Paik Sun Yup, Republic of Korea Army
Vice Admiral C. Turner Joy, US Navy
General Matthew B. Ridgway, US Army
Major Henry I. Hodes, US Army
The picture was taken on 10th July 1951 just before the delegation led by VAdm C. Tuner Joy left for armistice negotiations.
ttvon – please let us try to confine ourselves to identifications on WWII picture. Also please translate the title of the source to the best of your ability; it will be helpful for those trying to make the identifications. In this example 朝鲜战争 = Korean War would have been useful.
Kind Regards
