Hi,
Who are the two officers with Franklin Roosevelt?
2 is a Lieutenant general.
The man sitting on right of Roosevelt is Henry Stimson.

While not taken at the same day I suspect that we have the 4 same persons in the car here, taken during the Ogdensburg meeting Aug 1940. Roosevelt, Stimson, Canadian PM Mackenzie King and Lt Gen Hugh A. Drum.

Who are the 3 officers?
1 is a Major General.
2 looks like Brigadier.
