Maxwell Tayler, commander 101 Airborne Division. Interestingly enough although he was an airborne general, he only made 3 parchute Jumps In his career. One practice jump in England prior to D day and his next two, Normandy and Holland, both combat jumps.

Who are the three officers?
Especially 3 is a lieutenant general。
The pic is taken at battleship Missouri on September 2, 1945.
