I don't know Nr. 1 or 3. Nr. 2 is Fiorello La Guardia, Mayor of NYC, 1933 to 1945. Gen. Wainwright had a ticker tape parade in NYC Sep 13, 1945 and Mayor La Guardia rode in the parade car with him. He was then assigned command of Eastern Defense Command at Fort Jay, Governors Island, NYC. Picture could be from parade festivities or ceremony after he was stationed at Fort Jay.

The note: View of the Representatives of the Four Powers seated at a desk to sign the Nuremberg Charter, the agreement that sets down the rules and procedures under which the Nuremberg trials will be conducted, in London on 8th August 1945. Signatories pictured at the table are, from left, Aron Naumovich Trainin (1883-1957) and Iona Nikitchenko (1895-1967) from Russia, William Jowitt (1885-1957) from the United Kingdom, Robert H.
