For the moment, I cannot ID your office, almost looks like a Naval Officer to me, but I can say that in the photo you identified of the XP59, the towing vehicle is a Cletrac (Cleveland Tractor Company) High Speed Tractor 7 ton M2.

Roy Stanley Geiger.
He was the first Marine Corps officer with an aviation background to rise to tactical command of all USMC forces in the Pacific in World War II. And he was the first Marine Corps officer to command an army.
