What percent of total American steel came from Pittsburgh

According to this site, 95 million tons of steel came from Pittsburgh.

Can anyone confirm if this number is true through official documents or sources? I understand that according to John Ellis Brute Force, America was capable of producing around 80 million tons of steel per year.

This website claims that 31 percent of American steel originated from the state of Pennyslvania.

So nearly all the steel that was from Pennsylvania came from Pittsburgh?

Some of these claims seem confusing to me. I need to know what the steel production was for America as a whole compared to Pittsburgh and perhaps other cities as well.
