US POW camps in the Pilsen area ( Czech Republic )

Post by ignacioosacar1 » 01 Jul 2020 15:22

Dear Forum,

Anybody knows where were the POW camp or camps in which the German troops that surrendered in the Pilsen area were interned. Some 10000 initially I believe . I have seen color photos of Luftwaffe Helferinnen sitting in open ground and others in American tents. Where was that ? How many camps were there for women ?

Cheers
