The "Destroyer that Fought Like a Battleship" has officially been located at a depth of 21,180 feet, making her the deepest shipwreck ever located. She sits upright and is incredibly well-preserved.

I wonder if they are hunting for Hoel, Samuel B. Roberts, and Gambier Bay, in that same general area?

Sadly, no. According to Parks Stevenson, they had four opportunities to dive targets, and Johnston wasn't located until Dive 3. To date, no further expeditions are planned.
