Philippine Army 1941

Can anyone supply a detailed OOB for the Philippine army of 1941?. I believe there were 10 divisions and a mixed US/Philippine division

Any TOE and details of equipment?

Lawrence Taylor's book, A Trial of Generals: Homma, Yamashita, MacArthur, provides some info on OB and MacArthur's efforts to raise and train the PI Army, as well as the quality of these units in battle.
