1st Div. US CORPS PW ENCLOSURE

This Division belongs to a POW Camp and was stationed in Ansbach,
bavaria.

The POW Commander was called
Henry Treath, Capt. 5th F. A. Bn

Can anybody give me informations about this div.???

Im specially search for a Mr. Wittelshöfer, who served in this Div.!!!
He emigrated to America before the third reich rises up!!

German troops of the Das Reich Div. surrendered to this captain Wittelshöfer at Linz an der Traun in may 45!!

Any helps would be great!!!!!
