Cromwell tank vulnerability doubt

#1

All of us have heard about Sherman tank vulnerability and it's tendency to cath fire.

The propellant of the stored shells was found to be mostly responsable for this terrible tendency.

To reduce the risk of the shells being hit after penetration most tanks stored most, if not all, of their projectiles on the tank floor.

Cromwell tanks stored about 20 rouns in the turret. Was this storage ever perceived as a risk or it was never noticed??
