I think that my image of 16 Apr shows a 9.2in (234mm) Mk10 gun on Mk 5 Mounting although I am not 100% sure.

Is this 4.5 in. howitzer on the Mk 1R carriage i.e. on solid rubber tires? The wheels are much different from those on the Mk 1P carriage (pneumatic tires).

It is without question a 4.5 inch Howitzer.
As for the carriage, I believe you are right it does appear to be the Mk 1R with solid rubber tyres, though the large amount of snow doesn't help identification.

Darwin, Australia, April 1942. Press photo.

Is it an 18 pdr or an 18/25 pdr?

The carriage looks like the Mk 1P of the 4.5 in. Howitzer Mk II.

18 pdr indeed but which carriage? Here is the original 18 pdr version with the same shield (surviving example in Fort Nelson, UK):

They look like 4in Mk.XVI in a Mk.XIX mounting.

I think (not sure) that the guns in the photo of Canadian coastal artillery are either a 12", 13.5", or 15", with a 12pdr. mounted on the roof.

Hi verdenpark. I think it's a 9.2in (234mm)

Here another image for Id. I guess 94mm Vickers AA gun on Mk I or Mk IA carriage, but I am not sure.
