What would be Liberal Party's policy if they was able to hold power during the 1920s and 1930s

Well, it sounds unthinkable to have a Liberal government during the interwar period.

But what if they won election, for example, in 1923. What would be their economic policies? Would they differ from those of the Tories? (well, as I remember, Labour basically had none during the interbellum)

Well, I expect some Keynesian approach would be adopted earlier, especially some years before the Great Depression, and there would be a chance that Britain would not return to prewar Gold (if McKenna or LG became Chancellor) (Keynes himself was influential among the Liberals). If the Yellow Book 1928 was implemented during the interwar, it could have led to profound changes in the inefficient British industries, especially the staple ones in the North,
