Dear Forum,
Can anyone identify a British newsreel many years ago, probably during the Blitz. In this caption you can see two tal, blond Luftwaffe officers who come down from a train at a big railway station, probably London, they are escorted by a soldier with helmet and rifle with fixed bayonet. Maybe other scorts too but I do not remember well. The passengers crowd make way for them to walk through. Their attitude is as if they were parading along Unter der Linden. Their uniforms are impecable and pressed, no headress. The camera is placed some 2 meters over the level and at distance of some 20 meters. In that same film I think there were also some Italian airmen taken away under escort, the captions are at very close distance.
Any help to see this fil again will be greatly appreciated
Cheers!

Not from a newsreel you are after, I think, but there is a well known photo from September 1940 of two Luftwaffe officers (not blond ones!) quite boldly walking in train or tube station, being escorted by an English officer (no rifle and not in helmet).

Re: Luftwaffe POW Officers in London railway station
Thank you GregSingh !
Yes, I have seen that one.
There is a civilian gentleman staring at them in astonishment.
But It is not the one I am after. Obviously It is a newsreel ( Pathe ?) or a documentary film.
I know It is in utube but I cannot find it
Thank you again
