Unique Method For Breaching Mine Fields

Post by Richard Stone » 25 Apr 2020 20:14

The attached report describes a unique method developed by British Army engineers to quickly breach anti-tank and anti-personnel mine fields.

The report was issued by the British Army publication OPD ‘Information Bulletin' Vol. III, No. 7 and reprinted in the 20 January 1945 issue of the US Army publication 'Battle Experiences’.

Bet I can guess the selection process for the two guys in the dozer blade. The SGM goes thru the unit and find the two soldiers with the smallest hat size.
