Could someone please provide the name of the acting commanding general of Eastern Command in August - September 1942?

7 Apr 1942 - 11 Aug 1942: General Sir Kenneth Arthur Noel Anderson
11 Aug 1942 - 7 Sep 1942: ?
7 Sep 1942 - 3 Jan 1944: Lieutenant-General Sir James Andrew Harcourt Gammell
