Would an RAF pilot with a German parent or whatever face any prejudice or discrimination from the other pilots?

it seems not, the Battle of Britain pilot Count Manfred Czernin MC DFC later also served with SOE even though his relative (probably a cousin I think I read) was SS-Obersturmbannführer Czernin of the RSHA
