My grandfather was the chief of Milorg in my county(Ostfold, Norway). His name was Birger and his nickname was "48 Helga". If anyone had some info or something about milorg in Ostfold, I would be happy if you could share it with me.

Hello Excalibur

I'm afraid I don't have much to offer (for some reason, I have never managed to become very fascinated by what went on in Norway), but would also be interested in any information - I have a great uncle who was also active in Østfold Milorg. Have you tried the Hjemmefrontsmuseet?

cheers

Hi,

Has anyone of you read the book "De gode mot de onde" by the journalist Egil Ulateig ? Maybe not detailed about all who belonged to Milorg but very interesting reading.

Best
Martin
