Pardon me, General Francisco wasn't executed by the Japanese. He survived and later headed the Philippine Veterans Board.

Best Regards,
Baron

Were any other officers given US Citizenship for their participation against the Japanese occupation?

I think Philippine Air Corps officer Jesus Viillamor, the famous aviator, was given US citizenship after the war. I'm not sure with this but give me an idle time to read my files.

Pictures, including Brig. Gen. Lim, during the World War II in the Philippines are available at http://www.battlingbastardsbataan.com/bbbpics5.htm.

Biography of Gen. Vicente Lim

Brigadier General Vicente Lim is one of the greatest Filipino military career officers. He was only 22 years old when he entered the United States Military Academy at West Point on March 1, 1910 where he graduated on June 11, 1914.

In 1926, Gen. Lim returned to the United States to take the Advanced Course in the Infantry School at Fort Benning, Georgia; the Command and General Staff School, Leavenworth, Kansas; and the Army War College in Washington, DC.

Because of his distinguished military accomplishments, Gen. Lim was promoted to Lieutenant Colonel on November 1, 1936. On July 1, 1936 he was appointed Chief of the War Plans Division of the Philippine Army.

Gen. Lim became a member of the executive board of the Philippine Council, Boy Scouts of America upon its organization. He first served as chairman of the civic service committee and in 1933, he was elected president of the Philippine Council which was then on the verge of collapse due to financial burden. Together with the other members of the board, he brought back the council to financial stability. This led to his appointment of the finance committee in 1934-1937. On October 12, 1936, he was elected treasurer of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP).

Baron, would you have years of birth/death on these generals? Looking for dates on Gen Francisco, Jalandoni, Miranda, Peralta, de los Reyes, and Segundo. Also need date of birth of Gen de Jesus, and Gen Santos, and year of death of Gen Valdez. Some books show Ramon Magsaysay as a BG and Mil Gov Of Zambales Province in 1945. When was he promoted to Brig-Gen ? Any Information would be appreciated, Harry

Please let me have ample time to have my records. Ramon Magsaysay wasn't a Brigadier General. I think he was a colonel or a major at that time.
