Birger Ljungberg, Mminister of Defense of Norway at the eve of WW II. From his uniform, he was obviously a Norwegian. The decisive clue was that he lead a political career .....

You are on the track, but that's not the one you say.
The one on my pictures was trained as a sound recorder but during the war he acted as a photographer.
His BD was pictured after WW II, as he was only a lieutenant until June, 25 th 1946.
