It was a kind of self-irony considering my question. That's all!Bill Murray wrote:Hi Juha:
Sorry, I forgot to add the Vickers ID.
Other than that he was British, what was the Lennon tip all about??

Hello Ironmachine:
I believe your photo shows a Bernard TT-4 Artillery Tractor, Armoured prototype from 1938.
If I am correct, I believe the suspension design was from Straussler who specialized in off road vehicles.

Re: The official AHF Allied & Neutral Armies quiz thread
Hi Aleks & Edge:
Someday, someday, someone will invent a "Photo Check" function that may eliminate these double postings.
I find myself often embarrased when I am on a long thread like this one, 70 plus pages, and I repost a question/photo that has already been shown. And........maybe three or four years ago so one can't really remember all the earlier subjects.
Maybe someone who knows how they match fingerprints or DNA????

Yes, deja-vu again - 4.5 years later.
And the next question of course goes to Edge.
P.S. At least my second photo was a new one (I hope so ).
Best regards, Aleks

In 4.5 more years probably 75% of all questions will be sorta "deja vu"
Next question: (similar vehicle was already at the quiz, but related to another Allied/Neutral country )

Re: The official AHF Allied & Neutral Armies quiz thread
Hallo Edge:
Artilleritraktor m/28 from Sverige. License built by NOHAB from Fiat/Pavesi license.
Just to rub it in, I think the same photo can be seen somewhere on AHF and it may have been me that asked a question showing the vehicle from the rear towing artillery pieces.
I still want fingerprint/DNA analyses..............

Some photos were also at MLU FORUM, you involved too...
Sitzkrieg also posted Greek Pavesi tractor in similar AHV quiz... but this was "reconaissance" vehicle...
Fingerprints everywhere...
