Quite so Aleks.

Used in the Peruvian-Ecuadorian war of 1940. This one still remains in the Military School Museum in Callao, Peru which is my second adopted country between Sweden and Canada. I lived there 1976 to 1978.

PS: Alan, if you are lurking, two hours looking and a twenty minute half life for the question :welcome:

Over to you Aleks.

Thanks, Bill!
One more softskin (frankly to say, I'm not sure whether it served in the army, still, under other circumstances, it certainly would).

Best regards, Aleks

It is a soviet truck ЯГ-7 of 1939. It is quite possible that some have been impressed in military service.

Thank you Aleks. I was wondering where the picture came from as I only knew this truck's appareance fom a artist's reconstruction in a two volumes history of automobiles and trucks of Russia and the Soviet Union published in Moscow in the early 90's.
Now, a submachine gun to identify. Should be a rather easy one.

Well, I have found much bigger picture of YaG-7. If you are interested in it, I will give you a link in the evening (it is on my home computer).
