Good morning all,

Book review per ...

Some reviewed material is well-known. Other is not, eg the US kidnappings that's mentioned.

Rather than rely on "Latin America was up for grabs.", recommend focus on the mentioned "sea lanes" and focus on a canal.

Nelson Rockefeller mentioned; Walt Disney mentioned...also Mickey Mouse, ....

Note: "the Smoking Cobras, the only Latin American force to fight in Europe..." If my notes were accessible ...

A formula for making secret ink is presented.

The word "dominated" needs refining in referring to German and Italian airlines in Latin America.

This book review is worth reading as long as understanding the inherent "flavor" (Opposing views are, of course, also "flavored".) of a reviewer with an ACLU background and Northern California Book Awards not held in Eureka, Humboldt County, California.
