1940 Belgian Vehicles

Post by Leo Niehorster » 20 May 2019 10:24

Greetings,
I think I have this right, but would someone please check / correct these definitions?
Side-car = motorcycle with side car (almost always without the "motorcycle")
Tricar = trike (motorcycle with baggage area in back between wheels)
Voiturette = motor cart (also found as: cyclecar, three wheeler, microcar, small car)

Hello Leo,
Those definitions are correct, but a tricar cab also carry passengers who are sitting on a bench seat between the rear wheels
Kindly regards
Prosper
