Resistance groups that took the fight to the sea

The Greek and Yugoslav partisans both organised their own naval forces (the ELAN and Yugoslav partisan navy, respectively). Does anyone know other examples of resistance groups in occupied territories that conducted operations at sea?

Not directly on sea, but there were sabotages in harbors (bombs or limpet mines) in Norway, Denmark and to a lesser extant in France (marseille area) and Italy (Liguria region). I've found scattered records of Danish partisans employing by secret local tugboats/boats to carry their men for the operations, while Italian partisans briefly took some local boats in the final days of war, but none of this was organized like the Yugoslavian or Greek partisan actions.
