Petrovic (Petrovčič), F. William; Kontraadmira, Director of Department for modernization of US Navy; b. 12.1.1913 (Cleveland; father from Vrzdenc pri Horjulu, mother from Kranj), d. 25.6.1991, Ohio.

Any other info on him?

No, he was of Slovene origin.

William Francis Petrovic, Rear Admiral, USN. Born 12 January 1913. USNA Class of 1935, entered from Ohio, stood 26 in 442. MS Naval Engineering, MS Management Materials. 1400 (Engineering Duty Officer). DOR 1 August 1963. Retired 1 July 1972. Died 25 June 1991, Bremerton, WA. Bronze Star.
