Turkish mausser!

Does this turkish 1939 mausser resambles a german one of the same period and type? Does anyone know if there are diffences?

German Mauser K98s didn't have any wood below the rear sight. It was all metal.

Also, the German Mausers' bolt handles curved downwards.

I think German Mauser rifles were also shorter.

I think you'll find that that is a '96 model mauser. Similar to what the Sweddish army used.

Notice that there is no top wood around the rear sight, the bent bolt handle and the different barrel bands. Also the rifle is shorter overall.

Your Turkish Mauser is an 1898 action, not an 1896 -- the 1896 (like the Swede) is a "cock on closing" model, and all 1898 actions cock on opening. Yours looks like a so-called model 1938. Some of them were coverted from original German Gewehr 98s from WWI, others were built on site in Turkey. For more information, you may want to check the following link:
