Can anyone provide any details on the Turks? What vehicles, artillery and planes they used? What were their uniforms like?

Any info would be cool no matter how small.

They had the ever-popular battlecruiser Yavuz, formerly the SMS Goeben.

Not Turkish ARMY, but still nice to have.

They declared war on Germany at some point in 1945.

I don't know if i consider them an enemy of the 3rd Reich....Italy did the same thing late in the war.
