Can anyone tell me if this is fake or not guy selling on eBay insist it’s real it arrived and feels fake like nylon any help is appreciated

It looks brand new. Original to the last 10 years no way 75 years old.

Several things about it look wrong besides the age.
Distance between arms of cross looks rather small...?
Inner circle looks like has same thickness as outer circle...?

Depends all on where you try to sell.A big miltary show, these are all over at all over prices, like starting at 250.00 and up..I've bought them for that range and at less than a hundred bucks.
