No, it isn't workshop this time but radio van-trailer (or "wireless", if you prefer English :D ). R.T. = radio/telegrafica.
So you'd better forget that German "Mobile Werkstatt" in the file name. :roll:

A last Ebay image of one of these Viberti trailers : in this case his purpose is clear: telephone exchange trailer (Telefonzentrale)

Thanks for the good pictures of the Italian "rimorchio". While on the production of this yet another famous Turin manufacturer, have one from me too:

The caption says: "Special Viberti trailer with extended wheelbase for boat transport (Royal Navy)".
BTW, probably it would be interesting for you to know that from the last year Viberti is Polish-owned.

Hi 2 jack,

for me it is a modification of a German cart with the designation If. 9/1 (Gefechtskarren für schweren Granatwerfer), a conversion from a hors-drawn cart to a trailer by replacing the wooden wheels and the shaft. Here two pics of this vehicle (sources of the pics: first pic I forgot; second pic: http://www.kfzderwehrmacht.de0.
