Hi Sturm,
The weird road roller behind the halftrack is KTs-6, as the one on the picture posted by uncle is. The designation is for "container-fuel tank" in Russian and nominal volume is 6000 liters but the filling was restricted to 5500 l.
BTW, probably it would be interesting for you to know that the towing speed of this thing was restricted to 12 km/h on paved roads and to 6 km/h on non-paved roads.
