Greetings to the topic,

stunning photos, unbelievable, thanks to everyone for all the contrubutions, great!
Close to the topic I have a postcard, which my grandfather from the RAD mission in russia wrote to his family in his homeland back then.

The field postcard is in my collection in northern germany, but I have the text of that time in my head, somehow...

here another pic of the "Rasputitsa", this time in Finnland. Interesting an Opel 3 tonner with the word "Opel" on the radiator front, but without the lightning and the word "Blitz" like on German vehicles. Source: SA Kuva.
