Hi Sturm,
Thanks for posting this great find. The only pic of the Sd. Ah. 127 I had was the one from Holger's site. Like you said these are very rare.
Cheers,
Max

Hi Sturm,
The types you mentioned all have back doors and brackets for either an antenna mast or a beacon light mast. To me it is an Ah. 447 navigation radio direction finder trailer. (You can see the RDF radio set inside the open door.):

Hi Sturm,
That's understandable. Rear end photos of those types are pretty scarce.

Hi all

Is it the Betriebs-Funkempfangsanhänger (2 achs.) (Ah. 471)?

Hello Armin,
IMO it could be a 471 or possibly a 470 like that shown below:

Hi Bert,
All I can tell from the riveted tank is that the compressor must be relatively low pressure. Holger shows a somewhat similar unidentified unit here:http://www.kfzderwehrmacht.de/Homepage_ ... ilers.html

Hi Max,

thank You very much for our help. I think I could find the designation of this trailer with Your help: "großer Drucklufterzeuger 34". The trailers on the pics below could be such a "Drucklufterzeuger" - compressed air generators (source of the pics: first pic: Sturm 78 posted this pic in this thread: download/file.php?id=477851&mode=view"; second pic: "Deutsche Heeresfahrzeuge - Anhänger und Sonderanhänger bis 1945" by Wolfgang Fleischer). There were different producers and so different models: FMA AG Pokorny & Witteking in Frankfurt; Maschinenfabrik Esslingen; Demag AG in Duisburg; Flottmann AG in Heine).

Best regards

Bert
