Universal Carrier Panzerattrappe. Probably ex-Russian; according to the eBay seller there are cyrillics under the Balkenkreuz.

Oh, right. Thanks Markus. Does that apply to a lot of the British equipment to Russia?

All British built tanks had their census number painted on at the factory regardless of their final destination so when they arrrived in Russia they still had the number.
