Hi Markus
I have 2 questions:
Is that a " Befehlspanzer"? I cant see a gun and the mast looks like a antenna?
regards
Henning
Hi Henning,
I believe the frame antenna on the rear decking of an early Befehlspanzer III should be visible from the photo angle, that would speak against the vehicle being a command tank. The eBay scan isn't of very high quality but I think I see the outlines of the gun; can't say if it's real or Holzkanone. I don't know much about German radio equipment but haven't seen an antenna exactly like the long pole before, even allowing for the distortions evident.
Regards,
Markus

here the second question:
meens "Pionierpanzer" the same like "Bergepanzer" or there are differences in both versions?
regards
Henning
Hi Henning,
In fact the tank wasn't a Pionierpanzer as I wrote but an Instandsetzungskraftwagen III (previous post edited). All three were turretless but the Bergepanzer III was typically devoid of hull superstructure as well, Pionier-Panzerwagen III was equipped with a field bridge plus stowage arrangements for engineering equipment on the hull and Instandsetzungskraftwagen III had the Zeltplane-waterproofed adjustable wire screen visible in the eBay shot.
Regards,
Markus

Yes, at least the first one is an Austro-Daimler ADMK pre-production vehicle. Production type had four small road wheels each side in the tracked suspension.

Fuzzy photo with Pz. 35 (t) and 38 (t) still in Czech camo (Source eBay.de). Pretty difficult to say whose uniforms the tank riders are wearing.
