Some information about german horse field wagons: All field horse wagons were given numbers according to various categories:

Army vehicles (Hf.)
Hf.1 light army field wagon
Hf.2 heavy army field wagon
Hf.3 small army field wagon
Hf.4 mountain cart
Hf.7 steel field wagon
Hf.11 large field kitchen
Hf.12 small field kitchen
Hf.13 large field kitchen
Hf.14 small field kitchen

Artillery vehicles(Af.)
Af.4 field howitzer ammunition wagon
Af.5 heavy ammunition wagon 02
Af.7 barrel cart for 10cm K17
Af.8 barrel wagon for 15cm K16
Af.12 observation wagon
Af.19 barrel wagon for 10cm K18 and 15cm sFH8 (horsedrawn)

Infantry vehicles(If.)
If.3 machine-gun wagon, heavy (MG08)
If.4 machine-gun wagon, light (MG08)
If.5 machine-gun wago (Type 36) for MG34
If.8 infantry cart
If.9 combat cart for mortar 8cm GrWfr34
If.12 ammunition wagon
If.13 mine launcher ammunition wagon

There were many sub-variants of some of these trailers. Also, there were many trailers that had not assigned a numbering as the artillery limbers and others.
This list is not complete and will be welcomed any assistance to complete it. I have not seen pictures of many of these vehicles (e.g. of Hf.3, Hf.4, Af.4, Af.5, Af.7, If.5, If.13, If.14, Pf.21,....) while others are very difficult to differentiate because they are very similar.
