I join the comment of Rand and I want to thank You, too, for posting this excellent pic of a Nf. 4.
But I don´t think, that it is a Funkwagen on the pic Sturm 78 posted. For me it is a Nf. 2 (leichter Fernsprechwagen) or a Nf. 7 (Infanterie-Nachrichtenwagen).

I don't know if these wagons with the small front wheels are military or civilian but I find the photo to be historically interesting in either case. It purports to show Volksdeutsche migrating along with Heer troops in southern Ukraine, unknown date.
