Hi Sturm 78,

sorry, I couldn´t find anything to the Austrian-Hungarian wagons, only the designation "Karrenstation", but that cannot be the whole designation of it.
To the other wagons: pic 1 and 2 are Hf.2 , pic 3 a Hf. 1 (with the correct caption Hf. 1 Heresfahrzeug).

You are right, these are Sf., it is the type Sf. 1. Here a pic of this vehicle out of the book "Bespannte Fahrzeuge des deutschen Heeres" by Wolfgang Fleischer.
