Have here German Gulaschkanone on French flatcars in Russia. The original caption says: "Feldküchen an der Laderampe von Dnjepropetrowsk, auf der bereits das Anmachholz lagert (1943)":

Hi,

here the pic of a field kitchen of the 2nd company of the 85th battallion with the plan for the meals of the day (20th June 1941) (out of Ground Power No. 009).

Note the tropical uniforms. Could this be the 2nd Company of the 85th Construction Battalion, which on 20.06.41 was being converted to tropical configuration — probably at Rüdesheim in Germany [1] — before being shipped to North Africa?

Hi all,

here a pic of a captured field kitchen (Czechoslovakian model M 17) on the left hand and a small German field kitchen (model Hf. 12 or Hf. 14) (out of Ground Power No. 009).
