Re: ► Photothread: Vehicles of the Axis fire brigades
Hi Max,
in the book "Feuerwehr Typenbuch 1900 - 1945" by Udo Paulitz is also this type of vehicle, here with the designation LF 15 (Löschfahrzeug) or SLG (schweres Löschgruppenfahrzeug).
Best regards
Bert

Hi Max,
and here a pic of the predecessor of the LF 15: the KS 15 (Kraftfahrspritze) on the chassis of a Magirus type M 30 S. The pic is also from the book "Feuerwehr Typenbuch 1900 - 1945" by Udo Paulitz.
Best regards

I'm no expert in Fire Fighting Apparatus but is this a KS 25 on a L 145 chassis?
Thank you very much for your help, Max and BertBert wrote
You are absolutely right. It is a KS 25 on a Magirus chassis L 145 with the special designation FS 145. Here a pic of such a vehicle out of the book "Feuerwehr Typenbuch 1900 - 1945" by Udo Paulitz.

Hi Max,
excuse me, please, for my late answer. But I was in Hamburg for a few days.
Pic 1 and 5: that´s a so-called Tankspritze Ts 2,5 on a Büssing-NAG type G 31 K with a 150 hp engine L 8 V (1935)
Pic 2: also a Tankspritze Ts 2,5, also called Fliegertankspritze, because it was made for the Luftwaffe
Pic 3 and 4: that´s a so-called Schlauchtender on a Mercedes-Benz type LoS 3750 (Kfz. 309)
Here a pic of the Büssing-NAG G 31 K (on the right)(source: http://autobild.ovh/wp-content/uploads/ ... AG-400.png) and the Schlauchtender (source: Feuerwehr Typenbuch1900 - 1945" by Udo Paulitz).

Hi Max,
to Your question about the Mercedes-Benz vehicle. I have found another pic of this vehicle, but without a designation, only the year 1930. I think it is not the type L 1, but the type L 2 because of the higher payload, but I´m not sure. The type L 2000 is different.
Best regards
Bert

Hi Bert,
Thanks for your ID and photo. I'll file it as a probable L2.
