pic 1: the vehicles are Mercedes-Benz L 1500. The German fire brigades didn´t get the type L 1100. More difficult is the designation LLG. That depends when the pic was made and to which formation the vehicles belonged:
from 1st May 1943: LF 8 (Löschfahrzeug)
till 30th April 1943: LLF (leichtes Löschgruppenfahrzeug) - Reichsministerium des Inneren (Reichs Ministry of the Interior) -
or KzS 8 (Kraftzugspritze) - Reichsluftfahrtministerium (Reichs Ministry of Aviation)
Hi Bert,

I am also locked up at home without being able to go outside by the virus....

About your comments, I am increasingly confused.
You posted a long time ago this image as a MB LF8 / LLF, but this truck have only two sides windows, while trucks in my image have 3 side windows.. :? , so I guess that they are not the same version... :?

Hi Sturm 78,

excuse me, please. I didn´t want to confuse You.
First I have to say, that there were some companies, which produced the superstructure: Magirus, Metz, Meyer-Hagen, Rosenbauer, Koebe. Sorry, I cannot say, which company made the superstructure of the vehicles on Your pic.
Second I have to add, that the vehicles on the pic I posted some time ago are Mercedes-Benz type L 1500 S and the superstructure was made by the company Koebe (source: Feuerwehrfahrzeuge im Einsatz 1939 - 1945" by Michael Foedrowitz).

Best regards

Bert

Thanks again Bert

So the superstructures of the vehicles could vary slightly, depending on the manufacturer, remained the truck designation the same...

Hi Sturm 78,

yes, but not only depending on the manufacter, but also on the purpose. Here a pic of an Opel Blitz 1,5 to Halblöschfahrzeug (manufacterer Koebe) and an Opel Blitz 1,5 to special vehicle for airports (manufacturer also Koebe). Sources of the pics: Feuerwehrfahrzeuge im Einsatz 1939 - 1945" by Michael Foedrowitz.

Best regards

Hi Sturm 78,

thank You very much for posting this interesting pic. In the background another vehicle of the fire brigade of an airfield of the Luftwaffe, a so-called "Schlauchtender" (hose tender) (Kfz. 309) on the chassis of a Mercedes-Benz type Lo 3750. Here a pic of such a vehicle (source of the pic: "Feuerwehrtypenbuch 1900 - 1945" by Udo Paulitz.

Hi Bert,
Thanks for the pic. Were any vehicles other than the M-B Lo 3750 used for the Kfz. 309 classification?
Cheers,
Max

Hi Max,

AFAIK, there were used only the chassis of Mercedes-Benz for this type of vehicle. Also its successor was produced on the chassis of a Mercedes-Benz, type L 3750, now with the designation Kfz. 344. Here a pic of the Kfz. 344, now with a closed cab. (source of the pic: "Feuerwehrfahrzeuge im Einsatz 1939 - 1945" by Michael Foedrowitz).

Hi Sturm 78,

I think You are right, that the vehicle on Your pic is a Magirus, probably the type M 145. Here two pics of such a vehicle out of the book "Feuerwehrfahrzeuge im Einsatz 1939 - 1945" by Machael Foedrowitz.

Best regards

Hi Sturm 78,

sorry, that´s not the type Lo 3500, but the type LoS 3750 (1936) or LS 3750 (from 1937). Here a pic of this vehicle (source: https://bos-fahrzeuge.info/news/Die-Hau ... -Teil-3-73).
