According to the caption this trailer was used by the Luftwaffe in Russia, summer of '41.

excuse me, please, I totally forgot to answer to Your question. I´m rather sure that the trailer and the pontoon are Polish, part of the Polish bridge building material CMPS (Ciężki Most Połowy Saperski) for 16 tons. Here two pics with these single-axle pontoon trailers for three tons.
