Hi all,

Pontoon bridge trailers. I am not sure about the exact model.....Pf.10, Pf.11 or Pf.12.....

interesting pic. Thanks for posting.
I think these trailers are Pf. 11, trailers without the pontoons and the beams. You can see very well the position of the pontoon on the left trailer. The 18 cover planks were placed in two piles on the left and the right under the pontoon. The beams and the transition ramp were placed with a special loading device between the two piles of the planks.

Hi Sturm and Bert,

I can confirm the trailers are of the Pf.11(Pontonwagen) type.

I have a soft spot for military bridges.
Several years ago, I scratchbuild a 1/35th scale model of Pf.11 with all brigdebuilding elements (planks,beams,connecting piece, ropes e.t.c.) it carried.Herewith a picture of my model(with Ponton taken off):
