Hi Henning,

And thanks for the winch car photos. Wonder if it could winch itself out of the mud.

Hi all,

I found on Ebay this image with a truck towing a rare trailer. Any idea?

Hi Sturm,

I believe it's a Schlauchanhänger, a fire hose trailer.

Hi Sturm,

I believe it's a Schlauchanhänger, a fire hose trailer.

Hello Sturm,Markus

I am sure that is a TSA, a trailer for a portable pump .The presure hoses were transport outsite, you see left and right. The 6 vacuum hoses were stored insite the body. It was the standart equipement for civil Fireservice in small villages. Look at the uniforns of the left people, that are uniforms for fire volunteers.
the trailer was build from different manufactors Magirus, Metz, Meyer-Hagen, Koebe, Fischer, Flader......in a very high production rate.

For me it looks like a pic from the fireservice: The soldier is member of the fireservice, he is back in " Fronturlaub" and visit his friends and take a pic for remember.

best regard

Henning
