I/Pz Rgt 39 1945 Panther in the vicinity of Ostava, former Czechoslovakia. Same "242" Panther from three differnet angles. Interesting front schutzen.

I am not an expert on IR, but I believe it has the box attached to the rear beside the exausts.

Three more of the I/Pz Rgt 39 17 Pz Div Panthers in the vicinity of Ostava, former Czechoslovakia.
1st-deatil of the IR box. Again, I am not an IR expert.
2nd.3rd-Panzerwrecks. I do not have these books. Boletice, former Czechoslovakia.

Vicinity of Konigsberg, E.Prussia winter 1945.

This is a damaged vehicle collection point. The unit ID could be one of several units, most probably I/Pz Rgt 31 or I/Pz Rgt GD.

Liberation Lvov summer 1944.

No ideas as to the unit ID of the Panther in these pictures. It could be one of several in the area summer 1944.

Not sure if it is the same Panther or multiple Panthers in differnt locations in the square that were disabled and in need of repair.

Three more from the liberation of Lvov, summer 1944.

I will try to do some reading as to the potential German Panther units invovled nearby.

Three more of what were 3/I./SS Pz Rgt 12 HJ Panthers knocked out near Norrey.
They went on to become target hulks.

1st-Russian book.

2nd-not sure if this is a knocked out Panther, or simply parked. There is a second Panther rear and to the right of the picture.
