The bikes are BMW R 11's. I would say the riders are NSKK also.

From Facebook, is this a BMW R35? Note the fuel cap on the right of the deposit and weld line through the middle.

I'm not bloody likely to know motorbikes but maybe a militarised Royal Enfield KX or so.

It's possible only if it has a replacement tank, otherwise it's hard to tell from this view. The R35 had no center weld seam and a large cap in the front center:
