Hi Sturm 78,
You´re absolutely right. It is a Gilera 500 LTE. Here pics of this Italian motorcycle

Excuse me, please, I am not sure what motorcycle is on Your last pic. I have only the assumption, that it could be an British Norton.
Best regards
Bert

Hi Sturm 78,
sorry, I totally forgot to answer to Your question about Your last images.
I can only identify the first motorcycle: it is a captured Norton 16 H. Here a pic of such a motorcycle

Re: ► Photothread: Motorcycles of Wehrmacht
Hi Sturm 78,
now to the new pics. I can only ID the first one: it is a BSA G 14. And it has a special sidecar for the transport of weapons and ammunition, often used as an anti-aircraft gun carrier , soetimes with a special AA gun carriage. Here three pics (source of the first pic: https://deautovanmnopa.nl/fotos/militaire-motorfiets, second and third pic out of the booklet "Holland Paraat! 1" by Jan Giesbers - Rob Tas - Antal Giesbers).
Best regards

Re: ► Photothread: Motorcycles of Wehrmacht
Hello all,
I have tried to get this id'ed some years ago, but had no luck, perhaps someone can help me? It is a curious machine, it appears to have a horizontal cylinder/cylinders and an oil tank by the rider's knee.
Thanks for looking,
Kerry.

Re: ► Photothread: Motorcycles of Wehrmacht
Hi Sturm 78,
an interesting question and I agree with You that it is a NSU motorcycle. It is difficult to say from this angle. It could be the type type 501 TS or 601 TS. The motorcycle on Your pic has the Bosch headlight EAS 150-2 31 introduced 1936, but the production of the type 501 TS ended at the end of 1936. So it could be more the type 601 than the type 501. Besides only 2738 motorcycles of the type 501 TS was built, but 6952 of the type 601 TS.
Best regards
Bert

Hi Sturm 78,
I the view of You, that it isn´t a German motorcycle. For me it could be a captured British Triumph type 3 HW. Unfortunately I don´t have a good pic of this motorcycle.
Best regards
Bert
