Re: ► Photothread: Motorcycles of Wehrmacht
Thanks Armin,
for sure one of the nowadays very rare BMW R 75 Gespann models.
BMW R 75 Gespann https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/BMW_R_75_Gespann
I remember our motorcycle friend Theo, who in the 1970s let his "Gespann" drive slowly around in a circle in the "Geländegang", without a driver, also backwards, to the delight of all spectators...
Still found for little money in the 1980s, today they are priceless collectors' treasures.
I bought two Zündapp KS 750 Gespann in the 1980s from Poland, for just pocket-money, long ago...
Zündapp KS 750 Gespann: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zündapp_KS_750_Gespann
The sale at the time was a mistake, but unfortunately, we didn't know any better at the time...
Hans
P.S. A BMW R-75 , or a Zündapp KS-750 was less than 5000,- German Marks back then, still running.
The Poles drove the bikes over here to Germany, sometimes with self-made licence plates.
A Harley WLA , or a Indian 741b was rated at less than 1200,- German Marks, in running condition, the golden years for motorcycle collectors...

Re: ► Photothread: Motorcycles of Wehrmacht
Hi Sturm 78,
an interesting pic! I think it is the type KS 600, because it has the higher tank than the type K 500 and K 800.
Best regards
Bert
