Re: Soft skinned vehicles destroyed or damaged in battle.
Wow Bill, I would have no idea where to start, magnificent detective work. I have tried a little tweak of the engine compartment, possibly the motif on the radiator may be of help? But, having said that, I reckon the next one, in context, is an impossibility.
Many many thanks for a truly amazing job,
Kerry

Thanks for the better/enhanced photo.
I believe I will go with a 1935 Cadillac Seven Passenger Sedan with body by Fisher on this one.

Hi Kerry:
On your last photo there is even less to go by but there is a good chance the vehicle is a Peugeot 402B based on the shape of the rear quarter window and the shape of the front door. Here is a photo to compare.

Shame on me Bill, one of my all-time favourites and I did not spot it. I see it now, but the upright windscreen threw me. I see the rear window for what they are, you are absolutely right.
Thanks once again, my collection is slowly getting captioned thanks to you and all of the other contributors.
Cheers,
Kerry.

Re: Soft skinned vehicles destroyed or damaged in battle.
Due to 4x4 drive installation engine was placed a little bit higher and mask is slightly sloped. Büssing-NAG 500S had standard drive and has horizontal mask.Sturm78 wrote:Why ??Piotr Mikołajski wrote

Hi Raúl, hi Bill,
on the second pic of Raúl could be on the left side a ZIS 5, on the right side a GAZ type AA.
