I keep seeing photos in this thread of Pz.Jg.s with a MG34 attached to the barrel. What was this about and how did they attached?

Re: ► Photothread: Panzerjäger photos
Hi all,
I'm curious about the soldiers in this photo of a nashorn.
What unit? 24th panzer division?
They are almost all wearing Cavalry breeches!
But their tunics are different. Are the two white?
Is the second man from the right wearing a pz. beret?
It looks as though there are 3-4 officers, 3-4 NCOs and a few soldaten.
Very interesting!
Any help or answers are greatly appreciated.

Re: ► Photothread: Panzerjäger photos
By the script of the vehicle name and the way the spare road wheels are attached I have seen this identified as s.Pz.Jg.Abt.560.Hauptmann Holston wrote:Hi all,

I would think this is the battalion officers.
Cavalry breeches would have been fairly common for officers. I don't think they are white tunics but summer tunics that have faded.
The second from right is wearing a crusher cap or has the stiffener removed.
